We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate possesses a positive-proactive attitude and will function as a guide for our members. We seek a Nurse who successfully interacts with members, their families, and providers and in integrating and coordinating resources and services.

We have an immediate need to fill the following positions:

3418BR: Bilingual Case Managers, RN (Spanish) The Case Manager utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation and advocacy for options and services to meet an individuals benefit plan and/or health needs through communication and available resources to promote optimal, cost-effective outcomes.

3419BR: Bilingual Care Mgmt Nurse Supervisor, RN (Spanish) The Care Management Nurse Supervisor is responsible for management of medical services staff including the organization and development of high performing teams. Works closely with managers (re: Case/Disease Management) ensuring consistency in care management interventions across membership.

3421BR: Health Coach Consultants, RN (Spanish) The Health Coach Consultant utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to engage, educate, and promote/influence members decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status.

3492BR UM Nurse Consultant, RN (Spanish) The UM Nurse Consultant utilizes clinical skills and judgment to facilitate appropriate member physical and behavioral healthcare through assessment, consultation and coordination through direct member and provider coordination/collaboration. Looking for a registered nurse with psychiatric background.

2619BR: Disease Management Case Manager – OB/GYN RN (Bilingual Spanish)
The Aetna Health Connections Disease Management Nurse applies the standard elements of assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation and will use state-of-art information tools. Looking for a nurse with recent OB/GYN experience.
