The Alamo Chapter Case Management Society of America (AC-CMSA) is pleased to announce our first annual conference on Saturday, March, 20, 2010, which features national and regional faculty that is expected to attract a diverse audience of case management professionals. The AC-CMSA invites you to join us as a sponsor or exhibitor and take advantage of the multiple opportunities this conference has to offer.

 

What are the benefits? The AC-CMSA has over 125 members in the greater San Antonio area. These members comprise health care professionals in acute care settings; post-acute providers; the insurance industry, and the organizations that support them. Our outreach extends to CMSA chapters in Dallas, Houston, San Angelo, and Austin. CMSA is the largest professional organization for case managers, with hundreds of members in Texas. Participants want to hear about your products and services plus you want to reach these potential customers! We anticipate a variety of sponsors and exhibitors that will complement your organization plus offer a wide variety of opportunities to our audience.

 

Our conference theme is Spring into Case Management: Inspiring - Integrating -  Impacting. We invite you to be creative in your sponsorship, booth decorations, and door prizes. Note that our sponsorship levels are based on a floral theme and we are exploring spring themed items (i.e. frogs, flowers etc.) as participant gifts.

EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT GUIDELINES

 

ASSIGNMENT OF BOOTH:  Assignment of a booth will be made on a “first come first served basis and level of sponsorship.”  Alamo Chapter Case Management Society of America (AC-CMSA) reserves the right of final decision and the right to amend floor plans to relocate exhibits as necessary.  Exhibitor booth includes and 8 x 10 space, draped table, attendee list and lunch for 2 registered exhibitors.  Additional exhibitor’s lunches can be purchased for an additional fee of $25.00 per person.

 

BOOTH:  AC-CMSA reserves the right to restrict exhibits which because of notice, method of operation, materials or for any other reason become objectionable and also to prohibit or remove any exhibit, which in the opinion of AC-CMSA may detract from the general nature of the conference.

 

 

SET UP AND DISMANTLING BOOTH:  Exhibitors may begin setup of their booth the night before the conference, Friday, March 19th, 2010 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  We ask that you do not dismantle your booth until after the last afternoon break at 3:45 p.m.  This will ensure full benefit of the conference to both attendees and exhibitors.  Further instructions will follow on the day of the conference.

 

PAYMENT FOR SPACE:  The cost for the 8 X 10 booth is $500.  Payment must be submitted with this registration.  A $150 service charge will be applied in the event of exhibitor cancellation after February 1, 2010.  No refund will be given for cancellation after March 5, 2010.

 

LIABILITY:  To the extent of its fault or strict liability to you, as our exhibitor, each will release indemnify, defend, protect and hold each other, their affiliates and their respective officers, directors or employees, harmless from losses, costs (including reasonable attorney fees and court and arbitration costs), expenses, claims, demands, liabilities and causes of action of every type an character arising out of AGREEMENT for personal injury, illness or death or loss of or damage to property.
